drying herbs (sage,parsley,basil)???

got some herbs bout done now what do i have to do to dry it and how to store it??? just hang it up let it dry out then crumble it up ?? thanks for any feedback

You can hang them inside of a paper bag. It will slow the drying and catch any falling herb. Also I do not crumble mine up until ready to use. Many (basil is real strong) release sent when crumbled so I wait until I'm ready for use to crumble up.
