Drying Question....some help please

Ok, so I've been growing autoflower strains for 2 yrs now. This year I have a serious issue with humidity levels in my drying area. Temps are fine, but the humidity is anywhere from 67-90%! So, just for the heck of it I put a thermometer & hygrometer in one of my dresser drawers and the temps & humidity are near perfect(75F/48%). So, my question is: Would it be ok for me to just cut all the buds away from the stem & put them on a tray and set them in the dresser drawer, making sure to rotate the buds a few times a day?

Buying a dehumidifier isnt an option right now (lack of $). Using that DampRid stuff (calcium chlorite) only brings the humidity down to 62%. I'm about 2-3 weeks from harvest time, so I've gotta figure out something.

If anyone can answer this or can give me any other advice it'll be greatly appreciated.

I live in the mountains where it can stay in the clouds for days at a time. I have learned over the past 4 years here just to keep them where the air is moving and wait longer. I think that if you can keep your air moving so you don't get a mold or rot that you are going to enjoy the smoke so much more. I have some hanging at certain times of the year for a month before they ready to put in jars. By the time you are done curing you are going to love it. Good Luck
