dxm potentiators

I have a galaxy of various supplements in my med cabinet and am starting trying potentiators tonight and in the future. I have a butt ton of vitamin C, melatonin, B12, fish oil, multi vitamines.. Shit goes on and on. Anyways, tonight I will be taking 3mg of malatonin about 3 hours into the trip. Will vitamin C be helpful? Anyone know of any other potentiators? I know dxm depletes b12 so I take that regularly now anyways.

I also heard that diphenhydramine potentiates the fuck out of dxm, I tripped diph a couple times a very long time ago and hate that stuff so so much. Never tried it for that reason.. I feel like melatonin will help the wavy dreamy dxm hallucinations, I guess diph would do the same, but in a terrifying, shit feeling way.. Haha anyways whats some good advice for all of this?

Alcohol and opiates. I don't know if alcohol is nessicarilly a potentiator but I know it increases the rate of absorption in the stomache. thats why theres alcohol in some cough syrups I'm told.

Um I believe hydroxyzine does as well. I take 50-100mg (a slightly sedating dose) about an hour after injesting the dxm. It deffinitly does intensify the trip but who knows it might be in my mind because I take it as I'm coming up.

and I did a google search and found this. posted by a dude named psychoactivist on drugs forum.

"Grapefruit juice will pontentiate DXM in the same way that it pontentiates most opiates. Bergamottin, the active constituent in grapefruit juice and DXM are both metabolized by the CYP3A4 enzyme in the liver. Therefore they basically compete to be metabolized. The bergamottin/grapefruit juice will be occupying the enzyme making the DXM a little stronger and last relatively longer. In contradiction to this I have also heard that this may not be a good idea because this may also reduce the biotransformation of DXM into DXO. This I am unsure of but if anyone else has anything to add to this post please do so."
somewhat informative.
