Earlytokers late NLxSkunk grow

Not sure whats wrong ill let you guys decide, im thinking,
either not good enough drainage, or lights fried it. Idk..
Ill start my other journal up in bout a week consisting of
3 fem white widow from seedsman. Lots of things ive learned
from this grow so far. Dont use mg..If you overwater it brings
on the nute burn from hell. Water in small amounts to avoid
overwatering. Make sure to have lots of perlite for drainage.
And ill have some (not sure what watt yet, at least 23) CFLs
6500k to promote vigorous growth or whatever cuz they SAY
you can use a hps for the entire grow but ive had nothing but
problems, burning the leaves etc. So ill use the hps at like 2ft
and some Cfls for veggin.

Well i went ahead an pulled the shitty lookin one up.
I dont think my soil had enough drainage or somethin.
Heres pics of them before i got rid of the one. And pics
after i put some cfls on the remaining one. Its a little
droopy, im thinkin either a lil over or underwatered.

Ok well i think my plants a little overwatered so ima leave it alone till it perks back up but heres some pics. Im starting 12/12 tonight aswell.
Any ideas what the brown spots are?

I dont know if you've heard the bad news but earlier this year Dr. Hoffman passed away(in august i believe).

try rasing those lights to 4 inches above the plant
