Earth Juice, First time around

Okay so this is my first time I'm using nutrients and I got a sample of some earth juice elements bloom 0-16-16. I have a completely organic outdoor female and she's been flowering for about 3 to 4 weeks and she's beautiful but no scent :/ I would just like to know if this will help and how often do I use it? Do I just add a 1/4 or whole teaspoon to a gallon of water and only water my plant with that or how does this work lol
