Well guys I just thought I would post up an easy way to supplement your plant with calcium via foliar feeding.

KENT MARINE makes a product called "Liquid Calcium" for marine aquariums that works great. You can pick it up for about $10 for an 8oz bottle and it will last you forever. It contains DI water and Calcium Chloride and takes very little to treat a gallon. Below is the formula you can go by and you really need a PPM meter to be accurate.

.3 IU's to 1 gallon of Distilled water @ 0.00 PPM should give you a finished PPM of around 60 PPM which is sufficient for daily foliar feeding until you see the def clear up.

KENT MARINE also make other trace minerals you can work with for other def's but just though I would put it out there for the Calcium.:blsmoke:

I also forgot to mention that I use the Calcium Chloride due to it's lower Nitrogen content than the Calcium Nitrate but the Calcium Nitrate would do well during Veg to help out.
