if it was me, I would just go for the GH Flora nova, then you only need one bottle ..

add 8ml per gallon of water, every time in hydro/coco and every second time in soil, tho start out with 4ml untill your small seedling have grown a few sets of real leaf`s

I agreed with other two posters about GH.

If you decide to get maxi series, you need to get PH up because this stuff is very acidic. I use Pro Tekt (its silica and PH up)

happy gardening.

Ionic has a very good, easy line of nutes. This run I'm running dyna-gro and so far its been nice and easy.

Make sure you use Ph up/down that is made for growing. May seem like a stupid comment but I have witnessed a few people that try to use stuff made for fish tanks and although it will work fine to ph water, it doesn't have the buffers needed to properly ph water and nutrients. Using those will cause your ph to go crazy. In the beginning I used whatever ph products the maker of my line of nutes made but over time I realized it didn't matter as long as it was meant for growing. Of course now I don't use salt based nutes or ph products...
