Ebb & Grow W/ 4-600W HPS!!!

I am gathering ideas on a grow. I want to grow a variety of strains and produce top notch buds.

Here is the system I will be using. It is the EBB & Grow 36 site system.

I will be using 4 600 watt digital ballasts with a Euro Reflector and a SunMaster 600W HPS bulb The lights will be air cooled.

For the walls I will be using 150' by 50" roll of black and white poly 6mil thick.

I will be using one 16" wall mount oscillating fan on each wall for a total of 4 fans.

I will be using 2 6" Grow Bright Inline fans for the lights that push 424 CFM. One fan for the intake of fresh air to the lights and one for the exhaust on the lights.

I will be using 2 Grow Bright 6" inline fans with charcoal filter combo. One for the intake of air into the room, and one for the exhaust in the room.

I will be using a CO2 regulator and tank combo for fresh CO2.

For nutrients, I will be using a 3 pack of Fox Farmwhich includes, 1 gallon of Big Bloom, 1 gallon of Grow Big and 1 gallon of Tiger Bloom.

I will be using one Sunleaves DuraPump Air to oxygenate the resivoir.

I will also be using a 12" Airstone for the Sunleaves air pump.

I will be using a 250GPH submersible pump to circulate the water in the resivoir.

I will be using 4" Rockwool Cubes. The system comes with expanded clay pellets and I will be using those. I will Also be using Silica Stone to put on top of everything.

I will be using a Tri-Meter from my local Hydro shop. It continulousy monitors the Ph, PPM, and temperature of the resivoir.

I will also be getting an environmental controler, to controll the humidity and CO2 and Temp in the room.

Now for some questions:

What Environmental controller would be best?

How much should I yeild if I veg for 1.5-2 months and flower for 8-10 weeks?

Anyways to cut back on price alittle or better options?

Total for everythig will be between $4,500-$5,000 USD.

I will be using a 10'x10' or 12'x12' room. Which would you suggest?
