I just let my pumps run for fifteen minutes. They fill the trays in the first 7 minutes, and after they kick off, it takes a few minutes for the trays to fully drain. What medium you growing in? Rockwool? Hydroton?

I think I'm going to use hydrotron , is that the wise choice ????

Sure, I use hydroton. You can flood a little more often with hydroton if you like since it doesn't hold moisture the same as rockwool. I like 4 times a day during lights on, never run my pumps during lights off. When I switch to flower, I just flood every three hours or so starting a few minutes after lights on, with the last flood about half an hour before lights off
