ecosystem verticle growing system

right just a quick question ive recently purchased 1 of theses and got 200 cuttings on the way what i was wondering is how long do i vege em before switching to 12/12..ive heard ppl vege for 1 week then switch str8 to 12/12 then a mate of mine told me to leave for 3 weeks then switch but if i do that im worried they get to big and be hitting the light any help be great thanks !

its up to u and depends on how tall u want them, some people go 12/12 from seed
