What do you mean by equal out to a pound of weed ?
I make cannabutter , ghee , etc for making my own choclates , cakes , bread and cookies etc.........

How many cookies brownies or whatever would equal out to a pound of green

An you usually use a stick for each batch of brownies so. 64 Batches of Brownies. Say 10 brownies a batch so 640 brownies

Most ppl would cook up around 4 sticks 500g of butter, on each go , do not forget butter goes off , using Ghee is a good option and easy to make....
