First of all, the word is fewer, not "less than" (or less then, as you put it) when referring to discrete, enumerable objects such as people. Secondly, I can assure you that there are more than 100 people living here. Hell, there are way more than that who are legal to grow weed. Are you? We can't tell, since you are evidently not proud enough of where you come from to reveal it.
