its not the strain that is mid-grade. its the quality. you could have some white widow that is mids and never know it...

basically it depends on the grower. if he is shooting to get the top quality buds then of course thats what he expects... however if you're a commercial grower solely in it to make money, you plant tons of seeds. tons and tons, and you let them grow, as many as you possibly can. this sacrifices quality, the plants won't get the best lighting or air flow, and often times the growers will leave males in the grow, pollinating all the plants around, producing seeds. the weed is normally never flushed right and often tastes like chemicals, it is normally very stemy because of small buds (crappy growing) and after harvested and cured it is normally squished into bricks to be sold in mass weight. these types of growers don't give a shit about how the weed is. they can spend minimal money growing it and not really have to care for it too much. as long as they plant tons of seeds, they will have a high yeild pretty much no matter what.

so you see, it is not the strain, it is how well it was grown. thats why a lot of people plant bagseeds and come out with magnificent plants

i thought mids was just some weed with seeds...any female plant could never be considered regs or mids because if you take out the males in the area then NO SEEDS...so yes if a white widow strain had a male that was never takin out then yes it could be mids. Here are my bagseed plants!!

nah man thats not right, sorry. mids or regs is any weed that is not good in quality. i have had headies that were very nice top quality buds with some seeds in them. if the weed is grown shitty, not well taken care of, and is commercially grown in a huge ass quantity it doesn't matter if they had all females. the results will still be shitty. and it will be regs. i have also had seedless regs many times as well. now if it is seedless the buds could be a little better, because once a plant gets pollinated it stops thc production and moves to seed production.

all in all it does not depend solely on whether theres seeds or not. its the quality of the weed, which is straight up based on how well it was grown and how much the grower cared for the plants etc...
