depends how you grow really...but basically, sure.

for me...(and i don't know what i'm doing btw)
Using Epsom salts in these conditions increases the solutions mineral contamination/count for a start....may throw you off if you test for stuff
i don't actually test for stuff...so who knows there...
if you plan on heavy or regular waterings makes it nearly pointless for soil application as Epsom salts are highly soluble in water and most of it ends up down the drain anyhow
again...speculation on my part...i really don't know for sure

I'd just have a separate sprayer for foliar feeding...get em at the dollar store...works great

*waits idle for someone that knows what they are talking about*

1/4 what?

I would do the epsom with a regular water, just to avoid any interaction with nutes. But, I've also mixed it with nute water before also, so your call. But, mostly I just add it with plain water.

One application every now and then should do the trick, like every couple of weeks or so. 1tsp for 3L should do you. I do ~1tsp/gallon, but mostly eyeball it. It's not that critical if you aren't heavy handed. LOL, I've been doing this for awhile and generally don't over do things.
