Ah! That's a freakin mouth full eh? Sorry... I couldn't think of a shorter title to implement everything that's going on in this grow journal. LOL! So for those of you who don't know me, Which is probably everyone at this point. I haven't posted in a long time... I have had about 6 grows since my post outdoor journal. And for that I do apologies.. Im sure a lot of you can relate as to when life gets overwhelming, its kinda hard to find the time to take picture/videos, and then compiling them onto a forum. Anyways, Sob story done.
I in the past 2 years have expanded a bit. It as per usual is going slow and much far behind schedule, but we are moving along very nicely now that I have my new place, and my good friend "Shooter" here to help me with the who ordeal. (you'll see shooter soon enough on RIU)
SO the last I left off, I was in the middle of upgrading from a 18x20 unit. Long story short I finally found a new house up here (boonies in the forest so long wait till something opened up)
But because of such, I chose to delay my 18x20 unit just by a little bit and focus the funds onto my house instead. The reason why is because the 18x20 unit is about 10 minutes from where I currently live now. Id rather put forth my most expensive equipment that I currently have at my own house as im there to check on it more conveniently. The 18x20 unit grow journal is soon to come. As soon as I get this room in my house set up and fully producing, then on comes the next journal.
ANYWAYS TO THE FREAKIN POINT ESC!
So far the pics that will soon be posted, is the start. We moved in to this house about 1 month ago, and alot of my mothers and clones were in bad shape due to the person I left them in care with :.(
Long story, wont bore you with it. Anyways the past month ive been recovering my mother, which is now only 1... Blimbum (ak47xcritical mass) However I LUCKILY got my shipment from Worldwideseedcenter before they disappeared! Ill show a pic of the seeds I got later. But I successfully popped 2 Deep Purples (unfem),
1 Cotton Candy Cane (unfem) and 2 Pineapple Punch. 2 cotton candy and 1 pineapple punch didn't sprout... ( still have 1 seed left of pineapple punch ) Anyways they are all unfemenized, and I'm hoping so deeply that I can get at least 1 female of each to turn into mothers. Otherwise, will have to pop some of the others I got.
Now right now I was able to salvage about 5 clones from the person I left them in care with. i put those in some pots with some fox farm ocena forest and left them to veg until I rooted more clones. I cutt about 18 more blimbum just which im going to call mass 47. And so far about half have rooted. I put them in soil with dixie cups 2 days ago and hoping they survive as they all look in really bad shape so far. But still some green, so theres a chance lol. The rest will hope for the best and give a few more days as there is barley any roots at all yet.
I currently have a big CFL (2700 lumens) just to keep them alive as im waiting until all the clones are good to go and then im just going to flower them right away with a 1k watt hps in the 4x4 unit. I plant on putting about 12-16 plants depending on if I can fit them. Most likely 11 or 12. All in 5 gallon grow bags with foxfarm soil. I will from there use the entire foxfarm nute line.
Now for the prized porn room. This will be the most elaborate grow set up I've ever done. And I'm very excited for it. For the 5x5 room, I got a 32 site aeroponics table with a 30 gal. reservoir. For the lighting I will have 2 380W Cob LED's from Timber Grow lights. I'm not sure if ill be needing these since I moved this stuff to my house where I live, But I as well h ave a reservoir heater, chiller, set to a desired temp. As well as an automated PH Adjustment system. Along with an environmental control unit that will automatically higher or lower the fans/co2 depending on what levels I desire. Ill prob save that for the 18x20 unit so that it can be more sel sufficient. Ya, IM excited! This is the start up. As soon as the rest of the clones are rooted and passed their week or so of rejuvenation from a humidity dome to fresh air and soil. Once they are growing good, we will hook up the 1k watt hps, and flower instantly. I guess you cna say we'll veg them for about 2 weeks. The others that are much bigger... Dunno.. I suppose Ill extreme LST and super crop. I plan on scroging both units.
Nonw for the 5x5 unit, im waiting on some more things. I literally made the frame out of the thickest pvc piping I could find. But I am going to ad a few more notches/sockets and add more re-enforcement.
After that, the panda film is going up, and that hydro unit will be pumpin soon! Again will also be wiating on clones... Ah... the heart arch.. Sucks because I literally had like 6 mothers and a steady suypply of clones until I left the wrong person in charge.. RIP!
