Ethanol wash extraction.

Well then world records are being broken all over every day by multiple people. To bad you cant see through those butane goggles joe sewed on your face.

Out of answers and back to insults to cover that fact???

Like i said i probably do loose a drop or two but whos counting.

What you said is that you didn't lose a drop, and that sort of highlights that real chemists don't talk about not losing a drop or zero, because it is precise science and things are not measured in drops.

Quality not quantity. Cannabinoid oils not just weight. Milligrams of thc not non polar fat wax lipids and residual solvents.

So you do agree that the yield is better if you don't extract the chlorophyll and remove it later, but consider that a quality improvement??

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but my polar EtOH extractions have never been rife with non-polar fats and waxes, just the non polar extractions like BHO/Pentane/Hexane/Heptane.

The world thinks it hillarious you dont know how to keep out the micro fines. I dont want to take that away from them.

I know that I take them out with a 0.2 micron filter, but after repeated requests you have failed to provide that information. The question was do you know, and prima facie evidence is that you didn't.

If you want to know you just need find someone who meets 2 requirements
A: they have this information
B: they actually like you.

I can only fulfill one of those requirements.

Anyone who is not gray wolf and his puppet master can pm me if they are having as much trouble as him wrapping their heads around this.

To bad joe dosent want you, his ignorant monkey boy patsy to know this information
or maybe its just your nda with him that keeps you from acknowledging what works for other people i dont know.

I'll stand by while joe inserts his hand up your ass and the two of you can group author a response.
The last few paragraphs only go to further prove my point. I'm trying to have an intellectual conversation with an unarmed man, who has only adolescent inter personal attacks to offer in response.

What you said is that you didn't lose a drop, and that sort of highlights that real chemists don't talk about not losing a drop or zero, because it is precise science and things are measured.

You've moved from no loses, to some loses, to it is really quality that matters more than quantity......................

Your continued public masturbation suggests that that you are an insecure little boy masquerading as a man, or seriously socially arrested.

Your stealing a legitimate companies name to proffer your BS under says it all, with regard to how legitimate you are and much you stand behind what you say.

Most of the color is in the C-30 weight molecules, which are reduced by dropping the extraction temperature.

Strain also makes a difference.

Here is a Cheese QWET that we did in class and were in the process of volunteer panel testing.
Is the color difference between strains possible to predict before extraction, for example if the strain is sativa vs indica dominant?

I have food grade bentonite powder, and can easilly get hold of activated charcoal for ethanol distillates from my local home brewing store. The store offer different types of activated charcoal, granular as well as powdered, from cocoa, coal or wood. Is the bentonite as effective as activated charcoal? If not, do I need a reagent grade activated charcoal like those that Sigma aldrich and other sells?

your the one who keeps requesting the public masturbation display. heres another one for you.
you got something on your face there.

LOL I was born in 1942 so if anything I'm an old man acting a little boy on here.
I only hurl the insults to leave the door open for your response when you have nothing to say. it keeps this back and forth going.
and you fall for it every time

I don't have much experience with bentonite
but you want carbon from wood ash. micro fine but you may want to experiment with a mixture of larger and fine. some people have luck with that.
the brew store might have a filtration system that you can use for cannabis oil suspension. They probably have ceramic buchners and some sort of media for keeping the micros. gravity filtration wont work well or at all. you will need a vacuum of some sort.
everything around here is hybrid. I cant predict color difference or even try to.

We use bentonite clay and mixed chromatography beads to bleach the anthro cyanin pigments.

Then we're actually just talking mental age here? My condolences!

The way I do it now, like the last time when I used MEK, is I just lightly press the damp material into the bottom of the glass measuring cup, to reduce the volume, and add just enough solvent that I can tilt the cup about 45 degrees and none spill out. Then I can slowing move the cup around so that the solvent flows through all the material. I flow it around for maybe 30 seconds and then dump it off. I then use a spoon to mix the material around lightly and repeat the solvent flowing twice more. At that point it's fully stripped.

I guess mixing it with the spoon could be skipped. I just noticed that the material in the middle at the top doesn't get as much solvent as the edge and bottom parts, due to the tilting, so I wanted to even it out. Suppose I could use more solvent but I like to use as little as possible to speed evaporation.

What I've found in general, is that Sativas are lighter in color than Indicas and that harvests when the trichomes are clear, are lighter than later when they age/mature to amber.

The absolute lightest color concentrate that I've seen, was a young Skywalker, which was almost without color.
