Yes but it would be pointless and so small. Unless its a sativa that takes 16 weeks to flower starting to flower from a seedling is pointless and will give almost no yeild. You would have waisted 9-12 weeks to roll a blunt.....
6 to 8 weeks for flowering? I dont know what your growing but your gonna pick it early unless its a short flowering strain and there isnt many of them that are under 8 weeks. And its gonna take longer in flowering with CFLs then it would with an HID so add more time on it.

Nope you would keep confusing your plants that the seasons are changing each day.. Right when you give the plant 12 hours of darkness its going to start flowing, then when you turn it back on for 24 hours its back to veg. Could cause plants to hermie or stunt growth from all the constant stress.
all the grows ive seen online and on here were 6-8 weeks over flowering...
Lowrider is auto flowering it is flowering threwout the whole grow process and it has some wierd plant mixed with them and I cant remember what it was mexican somthin...And yes you could breed other plants with lowrider and get good short time frame growing genes but it takes alot of breeding.
