Most of my business successes ended up with my employer doing well and me getting recognition.
Ie letters of appreciation...

Your ethos on the plant mean nothing next to someone that has lived with it for half a century. So boo to you and your knowledge about pot. You are stupid.

When pot is legal people no longer have to sit back and hear your B.S. They can call you out on your stupidity without you running to the police or their employer. As a matter of fact we might even tell others to boycott your company and plant seedlings in your garden.

Pot makes things more fun so you do better but non tokers wouldn't know that.
Example: My niece and my sister loved scrabble. My sister won the great majority of the time...
Then my niece would step out for a toke and the tables were turned. She would win almost every game.
Yup and most of the great computer programmers that I knew were massive tokers too..
Cool, thanks for turning up, the team really appreciate it :-)

Smoke weed and win scrabble games 90 percent of the time. Someone needs to make a commercial spread the word and get these laws changed.

At this time of year I'd put a few thousand watts of grow lights on my outdoor plants. Just to get that last bit of THC

I'd put reflective material behind them..
Play them music.
Because it was illegal and you'd get caught easier with lights and other grow activity, it wasn't done. Now All the things you wouldn't do for secrecy purposes, you can now Do
The two biggest things that happen when a state goes legal. Prices fall drastically and theft rise drastically. Shining those lights outdoors would just be lighting the way for the thieves.

they did a study, holding a hit in doesn't get you higher, that feeling is oxygen deprivation, holding your breath cuts off oxygen to your brain, so you may be killing brain cells, just not with the substance you think is doing it
I try to hold my hits 4-5 seconds. The science says no more THC is absorbed after 5-6 seconds, you are just putting more crap in your lungs.

I'm in Australia.
We are not legal but have had it de criminalized in a couple of states for a few decades. I will point out that even in the criminalised states we are not even close to how harsh America can be in its laws.
I don't see us ever having legalised rec growing. I do see us being pharma fed medication but only in extreme cases.

I think I'm OK with that as a grower. Looking at the tumbling price in legal states in America has changed my mind on rec legal.

Either we can grow it just like a tomatoes plant (ie no rules or regs) or leave it be. But I go back and forth on the choice id prefer but lately its leave it be and keep the price decent to high.

Yup once this war is WON....
There will be re-education camps for those PotHead haters.
Marijuana Boarding will be part of the cure.
Visits to the Pot hall of fame.
Talks with those whose life has been negatively effected by the anti-pot crowd.
As a start then maybe retributions...

I don't ever want to see another human being go to prison for pot. I also kind of hate how legal rec and legal med are being implemented. All the laws enacted so far are designed to benefit well funded corporate interests and restrict small grow ops and personal growers. The solution, while unlikely to happen, is simple. Universal decriminalization.

*Please stop right here and use the googles if you think decriminalization is the same thing as legalization.*

No laws against it, but no regulations or restrictions either. Its the only way to stop the incarceration of innocent people without turning cannabis into a game only the wealthy and well connected can play. Anyone who says they would rather have it illegal than decriminalized either doesn't understand the premise or they have selfish motivations. I know a few old school black market growers who oppose even decriminalization and have admitted to me that it's because even unregulated decriminalization would hurt their profit because people would be free to grow their own without fear of jail and without plant count restrictions.

An ounce would last me over a year pretty easily so at $100 an ozzy it aint worth growing. Id buy it. Also aint worth growing (indoor) to sell it at $100.

What you guys have is allot of rules that really isn't necessary..it should be treated as a tomato plant. Do you need to comply with any rules or regulations to grow your own tomatoes?
I understand that in the states the penalties are/were stupid harsh for anything pot related and our laws are far more lax so id have a slightly different viewpoint that yours id say.

My cost is waaaaaaaaaaay lower than 100 an oz these days. My last run the total cost for the whole grow including electricity was around 150 bucks and I pulled 9 zips dried and cured. I mean if I buy a new light or upgrade something major it may go up a bit for a run, but generally all I'm paying for these days is soil amendments and the electricity..

Of course all the rules and regulations aren't needed... but nothing major happens in this fucking country unless somebody with power and influence can get filthy rich off of it... so they decided to tilt the play field towards the wealthy and well connected like they always do... corporations and politicians wouldn't be able to get rich from decriminalization and deregulation of cannabis.

at $100 an oz to sell, after the cost of $150 and 9 ounces that leaves a profit of $750. Lets deduct an extra $50 for future capital expenses..so a profit of $700.

Not worth the time and effort for me and my small grow. Different if your a regular smoker id say but id be better off just buying a ounce once a year and saying yes to the free cookies I normally say no to.

At $250 an ounce then its worth growing for me. Run before last was 16 ounces so 4k thank you very much and wife and I had a lovely cruise.

Keep in mind everyone grows for their own reasons and have different costs and diff costs for their time.

Uhhhhhh... I don't sell my pot. I grow for my own meds. My setup would be significantly different If I was producing for sale.
