just a simple question that im sure some of you pros could help me out with.

i plan to run to oscillating fans during lights on (one on the light, the other blowing on the plants) aswell as my ruck125 (295cfm in a 3x3x6 area) connected to primair controller. as i said theese are all kept on during lights on. now is it okay to run the extraction at night without having the fans blowing on the plants???????

in a nutshell, do i need fans permanently blowing on the plants???:peace:

Yes, one has very little to do with the other. An oscillationg fan to cool a light will not be nearly as effective as a cool tube with a fan pushing air over the light and out of the room. The purpose of the exhause and intake is to put 'fresh' air in the room with your plants. The oscillating fan keeps the air stirred up and has a side benefit of strengthening the plants stems. If temperature is not a problem with the lights off turn the speed of the fan down but keep the air moving. VV
