Explain mature vs immature plants for me ?

yeah, I had the same thing happen leaving a dispensary in Arcata, Chips pulled me over and the weed i got was dank as hell. lol

He reeled from the smell and asked me out of the car. I obliged because I hadn't burned any in the car but it still reeked! He was preparing me for field sobriety test when I handed him my card. Took my "papers" back to the car and told me to get in my car.

That's why it's critical to GET YOUR STATE CARD if your state has approved it. In Cali, even if you have a doctor's rec on you, it's the discretion of the cop whether he wants to take you in or not.

If you have your card, he can't take you in for reason of possession/consumption (unless of course you have a joint hanging out of your mouth when he pulls you over )

Can you explain to me the state card ? I have a physicians recomendation and I paid extra to get a card that has my drives license copied on it. Is that a state card ?

this is not correct sorry. You do not need a state card, they give you a wallet card now when you see your doctor. and it is always at the discretion of the officer to take you in or not reguardless of a card or paper. It is still illegal on the federal level, and by that reason alone they can fuck with you. Most will not if you're not an idiot. and if you keep your shit in front of the car that = idiot. They can pop your ass just like an open container. PUT YOUR SHIT IN THE LOCKED TRUNK. and do not ever agree to a search, ever.
