FEED SCHEDULE GHE NUTES

Hey all, my knowledge on nutes are just at the peak of the iceberg.
Would thank you kindly if you could give me some opinions and suggestions on some feed schedules I’ve found.

I’m not really sure on the difference and was wondering which schedule should I follow for my next grow?
I will be growing in coco x perlite and growing with GHE Flora Series nutes with calmag.

Also

Does strain matters when it comes to planning each feed schedule for each strain or is it multipurpose?
