Feedback for a newbie?

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum here, and to growing as well. I got started about a month ago, on December 16th I germinated six seeds of some bagseed labeled "orange turbo." 10 days later, I germinated a "gorilla glue" bagseed. All the seeds taproots came through, but i accidentally killed one of the orange turbos while transplanting. Then only 3 weeks after surfacing, the orange turbos all began showing sex. two of them were males and I pulled them immediately. Since then the female pre flowers have grown like crazy, appearing on almost every node on the plants The gorilla glue also seemed to be growing a lot slower for a while and was looking like a baby next to the orange turbos. It also began to yellow on the first set of leaves, which I believe I properly diagnosed as a N deficiency. I was also keeping the plants in the closet under 5 23w cfls for the first few weeks, and the day before I got my tent set up, my dog knocked them over, snapping a fan leaf on one, chewing some others, and otherwise shocking the plants. They somehow managed to bounce back even better once I put them in the tent. The gorilla glue even has a strong stem now. I still have them under the 5 cfls now, but i plan to get a 400w hps and mh for my 2x4x5 space... So please don't make fun of my ghetto lighting. Below I'm listing the materials I'm using and I'm posting some pictures of my babies. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Growing medium: Happy Frog soil
Nutes: GH micro and bloom
