Fermented Fruit Juice ?’s. Stirring?

hey folks, I’m making a FFJ with Bananas, Squash, and Carrots, and the liquid has separated but the sugar is all on the bottom. Should I stir the mixture or leave it alone? When reading instructions it didn’t talk about stirring after it’s in the container. It did say stir more in the winter but again that was before sealing it with newspaper. Would anyone clarify this for me? Thank you!

Ok cool. I checked it today and the solid material has been broken down quite a bit. So no stirring would be needed. Thanks for the reply

That looks done, the longer you let it go the more the material will break down so if you want to go longer that's ok too. 7-10 days is supposed to be long enough, but that's in a warm environment so two weeks isn't unreasonable. Do you plan to stabilize it by adding brown sugar at 1:1 by weight?
