watt upp,.my buddy picked up these fert. pellets and its 0-46-0,.I was just wondering is this allright to use when in flowering,and how would I use them?,scatter them around the soil and when i water it dissolves?,.

What kind, brand. Sounds like it could be bad. Way to strong being a pellet. Need another way to control it. Like hidu said, dissolve it in water and then gently apply it.
