Fertilizers, nutrients, soils?

I've been reading about outdoor growing for a while but havnt been able to find much on fertilizers soils and nutrients and when in the growth cycle of the plant to add them and how much e.c.t
is there anyone with some good tips and advice on what to use and when?

if you just starting...use something like jacks classic or maxsea...imo they are easy for the first timer... start with less than it says in the directions...and read the plants... use all purpose fertilizer for veg and bloom booster for flowering.... i use maxsea once a week 5 per 100 gallon smart pot.... might want to look up how to ph nutes...
