Its a little long of a post but interesting, so read and see if u can answer:
Okay, i havent been able to get pics of my one beast that lasted but thats only bc i have a huge digital SLR camera where i physically cannot bring it in with the size water jug i carry! One day tho b4 harvest im gunna get alot of pics.
I do somewhat know what im doing, from being on here for years, but am young and still have years to practice. I had a very successful indoor, however outdoor, this is my first time.
This grow consists of one remaining Haze plant, now 7' flowering crazily in a 5 gallon pot with a soil mixture of coco-coir, fox farm ocean forest, perlite, vericulite, earthworm castings, bat guano, and a bunch of other stuff i use.
I originally had more plants, but for some reason, i believe hermie maybe made the seeds not so good and alot of them were male? Because i got these seeds from a very good batch of haze that had maybe 5 seeds per big nug. Now i had started with 6 plants, 2 died from animals, 2 were males but about 20' away amongst alot of weeds/bushes that i let die off. Then i had 2 plants remaining, they started to show sex very late bc i had topped and suppercropped them and had other issues. When i had the 2 plants together, i was basically sure they were both female, but the next time i went i saw one was a male and immediately moved the female.
Today i went to my plant, which has been flowering since about the end of august, i havent been there for a while bc i was just out of town for a week, but right before i left ther got 2 1/2 gallons/feeding of guano and castings 2 days in a row. The plants were filled up much more than before, i have about 6 solid main colas, i guess the supercropping/topping/real early planting from seed (april 20) did its job great, but i have 2 main issues. I noticed, just like the haze i had originally found the seeds in, there are about 2-3 seeds per nug, def seeds because i took one off and opened the sack to find a early developed seed in a sac covered with trichs. Thats my first issue, the fact of there being a few seeds and under this ill ask questions. Now my second is this, about a week or two ago i had to bring a big stalk of bamboo and tie up all of the branches due to the buds being too heavy. Ive went back a couple times to see how flowerings doing, but a good amount of leaves seem to be pretty yellow
Now the questions
-Is it hermie bc of genetics?
-Is it hermie bc of the male plant that was next to it for a day or so? The other plant wasnt really flowering yet?
-Will the few seeds that are already pretty developed be all i will see?
-How normal are yellow leaves halfway thorugh flowering?
