Ok I have assembled my room.

I have a tall skinny closet lined with mylar.

A large DWC with ph balanced distilled water at 5.8.

BC Boost, Grow, and Bloom. according nutes at half strenght for a seedling.

a 250w HPS.

A fan and an air purifier.

I will be growing 1 plant at a time starting first with a feminized ganga dwarf lowrider seed.

My second plant will come from a feminized White Widow seed.

Here are my questions!

1. For auto flowering is it beneficial to give light 24/7?

2. What distance should I keep this light from the plant as not to burn it? Im assuming I can keep the light closer to a larger plant so at what point do I lower the light from its initial hight?

Light distance for seedling?

Light distance for a young growing plant?

Light distance for a flowing adult?

3. Looking for suggestions for sup co2 systems... Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you guys.

1. a plant cant use more than 18 hours light a day, so id stick with 18/6, otherwise its a waste of electricity.
2. feel the heat of the light, when it doesnt burn the back of your hand, thats an ok height to have.
3. havent got a clue mate, soz.

In short, 18"-24" for seedlings, and 12"-18" for the rest of growth/flower. Light penetration is the main reason for placing lights close and your 250W HPS has enough lumens to penetrate (provided you have a good reflector). What're the dimensions on your space? Also, just my suggestion, take it or leave it, but I wouldn't worry about dabbling in CO2 until after you have a couple grows under your belt and have a solid feel of the process. Hope your grow goes well mate, you're equipped for the job. Happy Growing

Make sure lights are on 24/7 until the plant(s)has developed a solid root system, then bump your light back to 18/6. The young starts need the intake of energy that 24/0 provides
