There is probably a thread about this somewhere in the archives but as usual for me, the "Search" feature turned up jack. I thought it was a great show and could have went soooo much farther. IMO Whedon really screwed the pooch killing people off. Any more fans around?

LOVE the series.. watch it over and over again..along with Deadwood and Jericho.. all ended before they should have..

All great shows. For my part we could include "Stargate Universe" in the ended before their time column. The show had just come to a place where it was actually going somewhere and it gets ax'ed.

I've always thought Shepherd Book's backstory would make an excellent spinoff from "Firefly". Since Whedon made it impossibleto carry on the original series that might be a good direction to take it.

Watched Serenity before I knew Firefly was a show, started watching the series after and thought they were very well done. I would've watched more.

It was a great show killed before its time. Happens to Whedon a lot :( seeing as the movie only got made based on dvd sales it was safe to assumeit was the end and he loves to kill characters.
George R R Martin and Joss Whedon walk into a bar and everyone who you've ever loved dies...

Aw cmon! Guilt? Do we sound like we feel guilty? lol. You should do yourself a favor and get some disc sets. In any case, happy to be of service.
