Firing up the grow room! Need some driver help!

Hello fellow Rollituppers!
I am getting my new room all set up, excited to get the garden going again!
I'll be flowering in pretty much a 4x8 with some space on the sides. I want to do some DIY LED lighting.
So, I currently have 2xQB288 quantum boards in 3000k. I got 2 of them for a really good deal so I had to snatch them up.

What I would like to do is hopefully run the 2 QB and some Vero 29 Gen7 3500k (BXRC-35E10k0-L-23) COBs.
Also, I am not going for super efficiency here, while I understand COB setups excel at running super efficient at low wattages, I am looking to get a pretty good amount of light out of these. I think I want to run them at 1400mA which is 53.2W per COB or run them at 2100mA which is 79.8W per COB.
So I have a few questions hopefully someone can help out.
1.Is it worth it to run the QB in combination with the COBS or am I going to run into issues having different distances from the canopy with the QBs and the COBs?
2.What is the most efficient space between each COB? And what would be the maximum recommended space between each COB without losing significant coverage?
3.I'm also going to need driver recommendations based on the quantity of COBs recommended. I just get a little confused with the driver part numbers and I have watched a lot of growmau5 videos but I would like some expert input just to make sure all the math is correct before I blow up a few hundred dollars because I miscalculated or misunderstood.

THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE!
Much love!
