Hmm the hydro store near me puts mylar down to reflect light back up on their display models, I don't think that is his problem. Those bottom leaves look like they got burned by hot soil to me. As in too heavy on the nutes for seedlings. If it's not spreading up anymore, just clip those yellow leaves and see what the plants do.

To paraphrase: I think those plants got burned and stunted by hot soil when they were real young, but they have probably started to grow into it by now.

Hey there bro, first find a PH meter[very important 5.6- 6.4 with water]check your soil for it's PH the soil and water should be added together and divided by 2 and should be between 5.8-6.5[best for growing]NOW get sum larger pots 3 galions or grow bags after 6 weeks they are probible root bound in those cups, and keep your lites right on them.Try MG mosture control it works very good. For a killa grow you must!!! and I mean must!!! take care of the basics{lite, soil, water}in balance and see how that works for you.

GOOD LUCK MAN.

Mylar and aluminum foil are two very different animals. Mylar reflects a hell of a lot better and doesn't create hot spots.

First, get rid of the foil. Foil is bad, this is a lesson that I learned. Save up $35 and go buy a roll of mylar.

Second, it looks like your PH is off. Go to walmart and buy a PH kit for $15

3, transplant as soon as you can. They are way way way too big for those cups. You can go to Walmart and get a 10" pot and a drip tray for $3ish each and a bag of soil for about $4-5.

What is my opinion? A combo of the above members posts may be the answer.
First, I would transplant into 1gal pots.
Second, I would write down when you water. Its better to under water (2-3days) as opposed to over water (every day).
Third, TAKE THE ALUMINUM OFF! It burns. Mylar IS different from aluminum foil. Foil can direct heat in one direction causing hot spots, the foil itself can also heat up and get the microclimate too warm. I recently heard that the emergency blankets are a cheap source of mylar (this is hearsay, I don't actually know this)
Fourth, I would check your lights, while your plants look bushy for their obviously sickly state, the bulbs kelvin temp may not be suitable for vegging.
Fifth, I would check your Ph (BUDDAWG gave great advice), that made a difference in my plants.
Sixth, write down what your feeding them. Miracle grow and similar ferts are bad, they are synthetic crap that only poisons your plants, and can make your bud taste horrible (it seriously is like crack to plants, quickpick up/ hard crash=dependancy). Yellow leaves are a sign of two major problems (along with others). 1) over-watering 2) Nitrogen defficiency. If it is the latter, buy some fish emulsion, that works wonders for N probs.
Good luck man, hope things work out, keep us posted.
