whats up reader

this thread is for feed back and advice on my first dwc.

only give advice if you have experience. dont post what youve read but never tried.

i will be showing you the oldest of 7 plants in two 18 gal tubs
im using 3 part GH nutes with great white at 1 scoop straight into rez with about a half a scoop poured into water shook up and top fed over all plants.

in the begining i think my water temps were a little higher but now for about 2 1/2 weeks water has been 61-70f when it WAS peaking at about 78... tent temps are 61night 75-78 day. ppm is 650

more air and more airstones.

i got rid of one tub and exchanged it for a single 5 gal.with one airstone. the other i added to the 15 gal.so theres 3 5"round airstones down there. water temps dont get over 65. using about twice recommended dosage of.great white to.help protect against pythium just in case

How often do you do a full res reset? I find it's easier to reset more often than not in hopes to prevent pyth. Temps go up, reset.

In those smaller containers (love em) it doesn't hurt to reset more often than say a 50gal res. That can hurt the pocket book resetting twice a week @ 50/gal worth of nutrients fighting rising temps.

The smaller containers can be dangerous if left too long, dry up quicker, heat up quicker, etc, but easier to maintain with the reset.

How many liters per minute are u pumping
im not pumping any water. i have 3 5in airstones from two different pumps in the 18 gal res.

Roots could be a little bigger
i figured that too.

i mean the whole grow looks fine and happy also the roots looks amazing,
thank you, this is my first dwc.

every 10 days

side note: ordering some flying skull z7 (enzymes) next week. should increase root mass

your air pump looks great but better question now is do you have one pump per plant?

EDIT* just noticed you said you have 3 airstones you need to have one of those pumps you have per plant. that would mean 2 airstones per plant.

remember you want it to look like a bubbling cauldron.
