First Flower COB build

Hello and thank you for all of the information on the forum.

I’m looking to build a COB setup for my two 4*4 flower trays and am looking for some constructive feedback. They’re in a small climate controlled room with CO2, room temps raised to ~85F as I understand is needed when switching to LED lighting and ~69F during lights off. I’ll be running a home made DWC setup in my trays. These lights will only be used as Flowering lights so any feedback on spectrum would be appreciated.

I’m looking to use ctizen 1825 or 1818 3000 90 CRI Gen 6 as they seem to be one of the better price range COBs that also have plenty of forum members using to grow with good results. I’m not tied to Citi cobs and am open to suggestions backed by good data).

1. How many of what model are recommend to achieve ~1000 PPFD and ran at what Amperage / spacing?
2. I was planning on running around 600-800W per 4*4 tray but feedback is always appreciated.
3. I’ve read optics are best avoided but I was unsure how to get an even photon distribution around the trays. Are there any lenses that are recommended or worth trying
4. Is it better to use more (maybe 16 or one per sq ft) of the inexpensive 1812s?
5. Is far IR at the beginning and end of the 12 hour cycle really worth adding in or is it more a gimmick? (Not to open a can a worms)

Any information would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Thanks everyone for your input and help! Looks like I'll be bulding a few lights for my buddy after showing him some of these pictures! Now, lets hope we can adjust from normal lights to LED! :)
