First grow - 4x4 tent with 4x 304 LED boards

There is one plant in the back right corner who is showing some issues.. not to sure yet.. ive put water only into the girls today hopefully control the issue whatever it may be.. maybe the famous mag issue ive deal with here and there during my grow.. we'll see how it goes.. will order cal mag eventually I think it will just resolve my only issue.. the rest still look good.. ive cut some additional fan leaves I think it will provide more place for lower bud to get some light as well

How often are you watering and how high are the lights now? Plants in the back left have stretched a lot compared to the others, could that be because of the light position and them wanting to reach up or are they just bigger plants?

Haha im watering every 2 days 5 gal liquid split in 7.. in fact they all get a bit more than 1/2gal each and the remaining 1.5gal is split among the 4 biggest one as they drink a little more.. its actually the one in the middle left who stretched like crazy.. not sure why but shes the only one in my 7 girls to have stretch that much..

Lights have been as low as 15-18 inches but started getting tip burn so move them back to about 20inches.. and due to the issue I had with one ive increased to 22inches yesterday just in case it helps.. the stretched girl tops are at about 18inches from light.. and they seem to take it well.. RH has been in the 50-60% range and temp between 72F and 76F..

I tried lowering temps when i switched to 12/12 but didnt seem to work well so ive put it back to a bit higher temp as they seem to perform better which is in line with articles that ive read that LED needed higher ambiant temp as they dont produce as much heat as hps and you want a good leaf temp for them to produce..

I think the fact that im using 3000k vs your vipar will pay off at this stage.. I recall your trimming week 3 in flower and didnt take long for new leaves grow - I think this may be due to your higher blue spectrum but I could be wrong. That would however confirm the vipar is a good light for vegging.

Im still nervous that something could go wrong but so far so good just hoping everything will work out well in the end..

Your lights will leave the vipars for dead, it's going to be very clear by week 5 how big of a difference they make.

They are putting more power to it too 520w.. if I recall its your first grow using your two lights right? Cant wait to see your difference in yield.. youre already a topping master for me lol youre doing a great job on keeping the plant short and stretching it out.. i cant wait for my next grow with less plant in the same space to do a better job at it.. I learn from my mistakes.. I think my biggest area for improvment will be with nutrients balance I feed about 25% recommended but eventually ill get ppm meter and do a better job at it.. just trying to keep it simple for this first grow

19 days from flip to 12/12 My pics from today.. leaves appear a bit greener after only watering yesterday (for whats left of the leaves..) ive also move my light an inch higher we'll see ill leave a couple days like that.. bud site are really looking great they are starting to get frosty

So I had an issue with one of the girl in the back its not going better and now its starting on a second one.. ive been doing a lot of researching and reading the last few days and everything point me towards a cal mag issue. Strange that it doesnt impact all of them since ive been giving them exactly the same nuts since the beggining. Ive also decided to start watering a bit more . But overall still looking great and buds are come out nicely

Day 23 since flip to 12/12

The two girls having calcium issues are not getting much better:. They are still flowering but not packing as much weight as some of the others.. the one I had marked as #1 in early veg is by far looking like the best which makes me think that you can assume early in the veg cycle if a plant is/will do better.. now that I know that it will make it better decision making when cloning (not there yet but eventually -tho I wish i had cloned that one she looks so good) the rest is going pretty good too.

I didnt post much in the last few days but im still alive.. so are my plants..there has just been so many issues lately with the forum that I ended up not posting any update.. im about 31 days in flower.. i have another 2 weeks for sure and some I know will take another 4 weeks as 2 plants look a good 2 weeks behind.. but still growing good.. we'll see got myself a 40x loupe to watch the tric..

I was able to take a shot yesterday before lights turned on. Its not that great but couldnt retake it as lights turned on right after my picture.. ill take a better one today..


My cal issue is slowly spreading to a 3rd plant now but its a bit too late to do anything so im just trying to adjust my nutes a little bit to control it.. buds are still developping well.. i also realized why 2-3 plants stretched more on the left side of my tent.. its because that side has 3 plants so they didnt have as much space as the others for stretching wide so they stretch high instead.. few more weeks cant wait to see how they're gonna yield

Also this weekend my 3in1 portable AC that I was using as dehumidifier from time to time broke down.. i had another one which didnt work either.. so bought a real dehumidifier with humidistat and now its working well! But for one day humidity went up to 80% before I noticed but lasted at most a few hours but still.. now its in the 45-55% range and should stay there for the remainder of the grow..

34 days in flower now.. we're slowly getting there cant wait to see how it turns out..

Just a quick run of my plants so far
Middle bottom : suffered cal issue but is still growing some buds average/small size not as big as the others
Middle right : growing good size buds should finish 2nd in yield
Back corner right : impacted early in flower with big cal issue growed slowly and doesnt seems to have much flower more leaves but very frosty
Back middle : best one in the group, big size buds
Back corner left : recently showing some signs of defiency but overall doing good average size buds
Middle left : the one who stretched like crazy.. show good size buds starting to grow but looks 2 weeks behind the others.. wondering how they will show in 1-2 weeks from now
Bottom left corner: had the smallest place to grow so doesnt have a lot of top colas but has great color and I think should be a good smoke

Been about a week since my last update but everything is going as good as last week.. not much new to report except those big that stretched which were behind, and still behind are starting to pack some weight so thats good if they can keep up doing so I think it could be a very good plant time will tell here is so pictures

Day 49 : Here is some update.. everything still going good.. i will soon lack of bloom nutes so ive tried lower the nute in the last feeding. starting this week ill start water only for some of them so I should b fine to last for the remainder of the grow.. next grow ill probably jump on the megacrop wagon..I only hear good feedback.. it was a bit expensive so wanted to get my first grow before putting more into it.. but im getting bored of mixing the few bottles every watering
