I have my white widow seedling in jiffy seed starting mix in a solo cup. When I transplant out of that into a bigger pot can I transplant into my Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil or will my seedling still be too young and the soil be to hot for it even only using water for the first few weeks? Just want some opinions..

By the time your plant is ready to be transplanted it won't really be a seedling anymore.
Some strains are more finicky than others about nutes but I believe WW is usually pretty tolerant, fox farms isn't all that hot to begin with anyway. You should be fine.

OK and do you Know about a time frame I should be looking to transplant? Probably about 2 weeks or so? Thanks!

Two weeks should be about right for a healthy plant, it won't be entirely root bound but enough to where the root mass won't be fragile.
Cool! This picture was yesterday which was 3 days after sprouting. Look ok to you? And today I can see where there are new leaves starting to come out right on top of the 1st true set. IMAG0424.jpg
