Looks like fun. Make sure you monitor temps with that small of a cabinet things can heat up fast.

Look into putting a scrog screen in or at least lsting the plants because height will be an issue.

I wouldn't wait long at all to start flowering. Perhaps just long enough for the plants to stabilize and grow a true set of leaves.
