First grow ever and I'm goin led

I am trying my first grow ever and this is what I got. A 2ftx3ftx5ft tent. A 6inch inline fan for exhaust. A 4incj inline fan for a fresh air intake and I got 2 240 watt led panels. I got adjustable cables to raise and lower lights but in my 5 foot tent I can get 3 feet from the ground. Is this close enough? I also thought of starting with one of these led panels and them using both when I flower. Is this a good idea? Also I know LEDs don't get too hot but with the fans I got will I provide enough co2? Like I said this is what I plan on doing my first grow with any input positive or negative I would like to hear

If you are growing one plant from seed I would start with only one panel. Is it the Blackstar 240w by Lighthouse? I dont think CO2 is going to be an issue for you, you probably dont even need the intake fan with a 6" exhaust, and LED only, passive intake will suffice, cut noise and save a little energy. Keep your panel at least 2ft away from the fragile seedling, if it seems to be stretching for the light then drop it an inch but start higher and just keep dropping it till your plant seems happy.

If your concerned about the maximum drop you get from your hangers, don't forget you can bring the plants up! Just stick them on a 5gal bucket upside-down. I know i used to mess with hanging lights low low, when i had an idiot epiphany and just raised the plant haha.

I would just run the one exhaust fan and even then i would put it on a thermostat to only kick on when needed. Maybe a thermostat combined with an intake fan that only comes on once an hour for 15 min or so. Just be sure to get a thermometer and keep an eye on the temps.

I say use the 2 lights for one plant!! just wait about a month before using the second one. You dont need the 2 fans!! way too much power wasted on venting as suppose to lighting, this is one advantage of going LED,... as far as I am concern, I would not use the 6'' but only the 4'' for exhaust, get a small oscillating fan and you are set, you can sell the 6''fan or save it for future development!

^ indeed, depending on your home temp and area, that tent sould be super easy to cool with those LEDs.
