First grow.... In a few years anyways

Ok so I took a vacation from growing (not my choice) and now I'm ready to get going again. For my first grow in my new set up I'm going with HazeMan's Comet Kush. I'm vegging under CFL bulbs (total of about 500w) and I'll be flowering under 2- 400w lights one hps and one mh. This might change I might order a 1000w hps soon. So hopefully I'll be flowering under that. I have some pics but nothing exciting just yet. I'm also getting my outdoor crop ready. Which I'll start a second grow journal for that. Comments are welcome.

Got my other seeds from DC Seed Exchange. 12 grape snow train, 12 digital dream, and 12 Snowberry blue. Put them in paper towels last night. I also got some critical x jack herer autos I got 2 of them in paper towels. There 12 snowberry blue, digital dream, and grape snow train will be going outside. I'll start a journal for that grow separately. This one will be for my comet Kush.

Thanks man,
My soil is a mix of peat moss, perlite, 40 lbs. of worm castings and amendments also 2 bags of a local organic raised bed mix for "filler". I'll also supplement with Earth juice. I don't do that often. I will be transplanting in 10 gal pots before flowering.

Last night I started checking for sex, a little over half were ready. So far I have 7 males and one female. I'm really hoping these numbers turn around if not I took some cuttings just to be sure I have a full room when I flower. I killed all but two males of which I will use for breeding. It feels so empty now.......

Well so far I have 2 females and 3 plants still not showing. However due to there only being at best 5 female plants I'm changing things up. I have my room set up to run six plants so I'll be changing the comet Kush to outdoors and I'll either do C99, digital dream, grape snow train, or Snowberry blue indoors. I am maybe 2 weeks from determining sex on these. The C99 are actually clones so those I am waiting for roots as we speak. But I'll decide later on which will be the new indoor crop.

I'm thinking of doing individual screening for each pot. The reason is I want be able to rotate my plants due to the fact of me using both a mh and a hps light. I don't want any one plant to spend so if it's time under one light. However I would also like to achieve a SCOG effect. I'm am thinking of making them out of PVC and fencing. Any opinions? Had any every tried to do individual screening?
