Here is the plan for my next grow. First and foremost I am a newbie but I have done a good amount of research.
The cabinet will be about 18"deep 48" height 36" length(might be smaller). Cabinet will be lined with emergency blanket material. It will be in front of a window so fresh air will come in(good sourch of CO2???). I will do the auto flowering strains for my first grow. 4-5 plants at first then after getting rid of males will be either 2-3 plants growing at one time. Either auto AK47 or Lowryder. I am leaning torwards the AK.
this is what I will have. Please give advice because I will most likely need it.
150W HPS with nice reflector
2 6" inline fans 230cfm each(one for in and one for out)
fox farms ocean forest soil
NO NUTES?????? if I HAVE to use them should i get test strips and ph down and up mixture???
ona gel inside cabinet
homemade carbon filter

Will this be good enough? outside temps are around 50-70 daytime 55-40 nighttime

That size box really needs two 150's to cover that width and throw enough lumens. Or one 250w hps with a batwing that's focused well to spread the light.
Yes fresh air means co2 but indoors you and anyone you live with and your pets are co2 generators also so it doesn't necessarily need air from outside.

Boxes like yours could even take a 400 if you DIY a cooltube and directly duct the heat out.
