first grow need help

hi all i have started my first grow.I have 7 durban poision and 3 lowryder2. i have them under a 250w bulb with reflector and fan. but my plants are starting their 3rd set of leaves but there is no gap between them its just 1 leaf reflector of another.Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong. they are in 5lt pots and on 21/3 hours light and temp is 27 hum is staying between 45 and 55 percent

its possible its the strain i bought 4 durban poison and all of them did that try some new nutes

65-75% is ok, temp between 70F and 85F what in hell is 21/3? put it on either 24/0 or 18/6 don;t confuse the poor things. lights as closed as possible, a fan to strengthen stems

thaks lads hav changed my timer to 18/6 ,workin on the humitidy,hav a fan on them from day1 and am goin to buy new nutes tomorrow is there anything else anyone can think of that could be the cause
