First Grow Newb Question

Ok guys, I'm trying to start my grow after my vacation. So my question is when my seed sprout do I put nutrients in the resivior right away or can I wait a week. And my other question is, is technaflora a good nutrient brand. I was going to expirement with that technaflora recipe to success kit. Thanks for the help guys

i would start them in a 1x1 rockwool cube in a hum dome in a cool room on a heat pad until their are lots of roots through all 4 sides and bottom of 1inc rookwool then put them in your system with an established root system you will get much better results this way im shur.. play it safe with the nutes wait till seedling slightly goes pail yellow,dont let it get too yellow though..then start dosing small
