First grow

Hey all, this is my first time growing and I wouldn't mind getting some input on what you think im doing right, wrong, or if you have any advice to make things better or easier. Im using a 250w hps bulb, in a 3x3x6 grow tent. Got a '4 exhaust can fan, '6 intake duct fan as well as a oscillating fan at the base of the tent for air circulation as well as a small clip on fan for the top of the tent. Below i will post a few pics showing what nutes i use as well as the soil (also added more perlite to the mix). Haven't been able to get the PH tester but plan on doing so when i can. I have 1 white widow autoflower growing in a 5 gallon pot, and a autoflower sweet tooth as well as a AF white widow in the same 5 gallon pot (i am aware that its best not to put 2 plants in one pot but figured since it was my first time to experiment). I got them on a 18/6 lighting schedual, and water them as soon as the soil becomes dry. The average temp is 26°c but as its in my room on the secind floor temos can get up to 28°c, and an RH at 58. As for nutes, for the first two weeks i didnt't add any. This past week was the first i used, and only at a 1/4 of the recommended dose as i heard autos dont like too much. The AF white widow in a pot by itself sprouted on august 28th, and up to today is now '11. A couple days ago i had noticed it was growing two pollen sacs and i removed them immediately. I had snapped a bit if the taproot off during germ. So that could be why it started growing them. Though now it has began showing white pistils, so im hoping it doesn't herm. The sweet tooth AF and ww both sprouted on aug. 31st and up to today the ST is '8 while the ww is a runt.

Put that bitch under 24 hour light, they come from the Russian tundra they actually thrive under more light as photoperiod is not what causes the hormonal changes to flower.

Add kelp, want to get the most outta yer plant? seaweed (kelp) is your best friend.
Buy the powdered version don't pay for water when you can just mix it yourself.
