first indoor grow, week one of flowering - Please give opinion/critique

SO this is my first indoor grow and was wondering how I am doing after my first week of flowering. what do you think?

Hey your Ladies look great ! Im currently in my second week of flowering and still dont see flowers yet. Keep it up man
