first indoor grow

this is my first indoor grown i germinated the seeds in a wet paper towel till they looked pretty good i have them in mcdonalds cups with miracle grow soil i have 1 cfl light and a regular soft white bulb they shot up the first couple days and r slowly growning now am i doing anything wrong look at the pics any ideas

Look good make sure you have enough light

18 light 6 dark until you flower them.

You need a lot more light. That soft white bulb is probably worthless and you'll need many more CFL's for healthy plants. You need a good 50W(real watts, not equivalent) per square foot of grow space.
