What I meant by that question is that they are supposed to be self-governed and in that respect to me a reservation is a mini province within a province. They should therefore have the right to govern as they see fit, particularly when the feds have given the provinces that right in the case of MJ legalization.
I know what ya meant bro. I was just using your words to make a point. ;)

Any trouble up on shore they go where no one can touch them!...been going on for ever and can be seen every day!

Life on the Res man.......same old same old..that never gets much better.
Its kinda like cooking with cheese and yer kids never leaving home.. Its JUST ok here ..can we have some more please?
Thaanks eh. and on it goes...
We give the ones in charge the funds and they squander it among their close relatives..jobs..etc...
where do you think they learn this from? LMAOROTFF...from idiots like our own government. Where else...
and we call them lazy and drunk and bad... HA HA Cause we don't want to deal with their kind. HAvent from day one and we stuck them on small parcels of land called. reservations where we funded them to stay put...
Do I know how to change that// Nope...I certainly do not!

ps..funny part ...Some of them are the happiest people I know. (: More than I can say for most!

First to everyone throwing around the 'native' term.... it happens to be very offensive. They also do not like aboriginal... these are all white colonial terms. As they progress and make advancements they are changing things borh within their respective population and the rest of the country. They prefer indigenous....

What I suspect will occur and really is consistent to the way most things impact them (at least in this context) is that they will have to follow federal and presumably provincial laws and regulation, although I am sure the latter will be discussed and debated. If the reserve falls withing a region, municipality, county they will ha e the ability to create their own process and not forced to subscribe to local jurisdiction, this is standard.

I find it hard to believe that the feds and the provinces will give them full control and treat them like a sovereign nation.
