First Time Grower Need Hell With harvest

First grow It seems to me like the top colas on my plant are finished but the rest of the plant needs more growing time, what should I do help me out guys

Still seeing white pistols in the tops I would give them another week and then check the Trichs, if they are ready the. Harvest or wait longer till u get bout 10-20% amber on the buds. It’s up to you from there you can harvest all and have some immature buds/lard you can wait until entire plants finishes and harvest then which will take awhile or you can harvest the tops now and leave the rest to ripen, if you have space and aren’t in a hurry to get more plants in. I would harvest just the tops and let the plant finish you will get more weight and more quality buds

Looks great for a first grow. Some strains don't ripen at the same time and like Kronic said you can just harvest the tops for now. They sure are a mean green. You could probably back off the nitrogen any time.
