First Time Grower Need Help With harvest

First grow It seems to me like the top colas on my plant are finished but the rest of the plant needs more growing time, what should I do help me out guys View attachment 4110625View attachment 4110626 ps please don’t roast me about my plant it’s my first grow I know I made a lot of mistakes

I feel like the top Colas could swell up a bit more.
..but maybe not if you have fairly weak lighting. Also depends how far along you are.

You can always harvest the top and let the bottoms go a little longer.

Not too shabby for a first. Study up on drying and curing! It can make or break the bud.
