first time grower

hi my plants are about 4 weeks old and there've been fine but now there starting to develop yellow big leaves with brown spots at random places on the plant and some of the smaller ones have light green strekes in them, Ive been feeding them supa grow everyday is this too much? and ive been giving them 500 ml water each day aswell, is too much watering? Can anyone help id be very greatful.
