First Time Organic Grow

Hey everyone. I've been lurking here almost a year, and finished my first grow about a month ago. I overdid it with the chemical fertilizers and burned my plants a little, so for my second I've decided to try going all organic.

I've mixed a bag of Miracle Grow Organic Choice Potting Mix with a bag of Garden Magic Potting Soil and a bag of Perilite. The ratio is roughly 2:2:1.
I've set aside some of this dirt and have been using to root my clones in.

Today I also bought some Blood Meal, Bone Meal, Epsom Salts, and Dolomite Lime. I plan to mix some of this stuff into my dirt mix and transplant my clones into it to flower. But I'm not sure how much of this stuff to use. Specifically, if I have 30 L of soil, how many cups of Blood Meal, Bone Meal, Epsom Salt, and Lime should I mix in?
