Fixing to put LSD and Northern Lights into flowering, need help with space.

I have 7 plants about to go into flower in about a week. I'm waiting to harvest my other girls and right after i'll throw these in the flowering room. I have 3 barneys LSD and 4 Sensi Northern lights in 2 gallon containers. They are vegging under 8 fluorescent bulbs. The plants are right at a month old from seed and rather short for their age, about 7 inches tall, but very bushy. I topped once last week and now they are bushing even more. I planned first on not topping but since i'm really just trying to find the best phenos for my upcoming sea of green after I get clones off these girls during the second week or so of the 12/12 flip, I figured I would top to get more sites on the plants for cuttings. My question is, What size containers should I use when putting into flowering tent which consists of a 4x4x7 diameter? I thought about using either 3 or 5 gallon pots but I want advice from someone who has a lot of experience in a 4x4 area. I'm currently running a 600 watt cooltube and have plenty of space, filter is mounted on top of tent. Will be ordering either a blockbuster or magnum xxxl before putting into flower though, not sure which one. A lot of people veg there plants to 12 inches but mine are so short and compact and vegging under 24hr light continuously, the nodes are very close to one another, rather than more spacing with an 18/6 veg cycle.
