Near the 94/696 interchange , 3 inches in my basement when I thought to look  . Not as bad as some others and I keep my plants off the floor . Can't imagine backed up sewer water would be benificial . The water receded last night and is drying with all the fans running . Now to broom n bleach . . .

No floods in my basement for a change! Feeling very lucky right now...

After a flood the most important thing to do is get things dry ASAP! Rent fans and a dehumidifier, whatever it takes. If you don't get things dry fast enough you can lose your garden to powdery mildew or your whole house to mold...

Heard on the radio that 2 people drowned in vehicles n one more in a basement ..damn

It was crazy! It took me 5 hours to get home from work on Monday. Normaly a 1 hour comute. There were cars almost completely submerged in water at 696 and Hoover. I eventually pulled off in to a parking lot to wait out the rain. A bunch of other random cats did the same...... and one dude walked up to a party store and got a 24 pack of beer. He had the beer, and I supplied the bud. 8 of us sat and tailgated for 2 hours. Good times!
